OpenBasin is an open source project for collecting and displaying basin-wide water and weather data over the internet in real-time. OpenBasin uses a backend PostgreSQL database along with a collection of Perl and PHP scripts to automate the process of real-time data display over the internet. What is OpenBasin.org? OpenBasin.org is the official site of the OpenBasin project and houses the most recent versions of the OpenBasin project. OpenBasin.org also provides extensive documentation on OpenBasin installation, use, and customization. A mailing list is provided so that you may receive notification of new project releases or important information related to the OpenBasin project. A bug-tracking system is also enabled allowing OpenBasin users to submit bug reports to the OpenBasin development team. If you are interested in contributing to the OpenBasin project, the official OpenBasin CVS repository is also hosted on this site.
